Stress is not the reason why they become exeraggerated thick. Someone is responsible for it. It is the genetical defect and the people around them that don’t lull them to sleep!
Stress makes your adrenaline go higher then normal therefore making most people eat more then normal, others smoke ect, but most people EAT to feel good.
Stress don’t make you gain weight it’s mostly when peaple eat, im fit i work out everyday im stress all the time big problems (ect.)….Well it might be diffrent for other peaple im just saying it dont make me gain weight

I’ve been dealing with some weird inflammation problems and I thought it might have to do with stress (b/c it happens when I’m stressed), but didn’t know how it was connected. I’ve been working out almost everyday for 2 years and I wasn’t losing fat. This shit frustrated me. Then I learnt about the relationship between stress and fat. I definitely had stress. Had some aweful people in my life who was bringing me down, stressing me out. So I got rid of them and I started losing fat right away. Amazing.
Sean, what you’re saying makes so much sense. I actually just picked up a book on adrenal fatigue and you pretty much reiterate everything it says, including there being no insurance code for it. I am designing a stress-reduction routine so that I may workout harder down the road just like you suggested!
